We did a 1031 TIC Exchange into North Valley Tech Center in December of 2004. This was a much sought after Argus property. Rich Giglio, using his professional contacts and excellent reputation with Argus, was able to get a TIC fractionalized interest in this property. We have complete confidence in Rich, knowing he puts our best interest first. We were able to avoid paying sizable capital gains taxes on the rental property we sold in Coronado, CA and our returns on this property are considerably more than we were receiving in rents without the headaches of being landlords.
