E. Richard Giglio Real Estate is divided into three departments:

- Direct Participation Investment Programs (DPP)

Typically, these properties are valued at between $10 million and $50 million +.Shares, or undivided fractional interests, are sold to individual investors in a Tenant-in-Common constructed plan where each investor holds deed to their percentage share of the total investment.This makes it more viable to smaller investors who are exchanging up from other appreciated rental properties, or to individual "direct participation" investors.
